when delta first showed up in an ocean idiots animatic, she was continously misgendered by people, even when corrected they would double down and accuse the design of not being "femenine" enough

it resulted in lots of harrassment and general transphobia, something that put me off from ocean idiots and delta as a character, made it hard to enjoy drawing her

im slowly easing myself into it but its a process
