Hello! I will be taking a kickboxing class starting this fall, and I’d like to start building up my fitness before I start. Do you have any recommendations for good things I can do to start prepping my body? I just have trouble with running bc I have really crunchers knees. Thank you so much!
You could try taking dance classes! I find it helps me with Martial Arts and it can have a similar demand on the body in terms of endurance and stamina and control of your body.
Also work on a stretching routine (check out Alivia D’Andrea on youtube for ideas).
Kickboxing will still probably kick your butt; however, that’s just Martial Arts training for you.
