vesper lets himself into hana's place, hops over the couch and reaches to grab the video game controller only to stop when hearing what the female had said and slowly cranes his head to look at her. he blinks a few times before- "'m sorry, you what now? i could’ve sworn you said you decided to throw a fuckin’ rock. at a beehive. outside of your house."

there was a moment of hesitation as she shyly handed him a small box with a tiny bow decorating the top. inside was a small handmade guitar pick with a small bunny engraved on one side & in the tiniest carving possible knowing it was a little cliche, she had ‘HH’ placed at the bottom. her eyes avoided his sheepishly as she placed it in his hand.

❛ what's this? ❜ hyunsoo asks, eyes focused on hana and then looking down at the small box that was placed on his hand. ❛ a gift? ❜ he asks again, his fingers moving to unbox the tiny gift. opening it and then he stops, staring down what was inside the box. smile spreading on his features as he picks it up, looking at it in his rough fingers, then turning it around and the smile grew on his features, followed by a soft chuckle. his gaze up at hana again. blinking once, twice and then back down at the guitar pick; there was no way he could ever use it, it was beautiful, he doesn't want it to worn out. ❛ is this for me? ❜ he asks, maybe he was a little stupid, of course it was for him. ❛ it's beautiful.. ❜ he couldn't stop smiling as he kept eyes on the pick. curling his fingers, leaving the pick inside his palm as he moves closer, wrapping his arms around her. pressing the softest kiss to the side of her head, right on the temple. ❛ thank you, i will treasure it. ❜

vesper and hana at a wild party. vesper doesn't want to be there.

don’t get vesper wrong. he loves parties.. except this one. he would blame it on his ‘old’ age for shits and giggles. but this party was not one of the ones he wanted to be at. of course, he only came to watch out for hana who seems to be enjoying herself. he sighs before heading over to where hana is, having a bottle of water opened for her to take a drink. practically shoving his way through the crowd and uncaring of the grunts and scoffs emitting from the guests. he merely flips them off before pulling hana out of the crowd. 

“drink.” he commands, holding out the bottle of water, cap screwed off with an unamused look on his face. “hana? oi, helllo?” he waves his hand in front of her to get her attention, “listen, i know the dude’s cute, but ya gotta hydrate.” 

although he’s happy to see hana enjoying herself without the piece of shit that called himself hana’s boyfriend to ruin anything; one of the main reasons why vesper said ‘ok’ to the invite of this party. he scrunches his nose because underground parties filled with cars and drinks and the likes were much more chill than these types. he rubs his temples, seeing an individual practically eye hana up and down and throws the meanest glare. 

“nah, no sketchy dudes.” then he points to the one hana was dancing with. “he.. seems alright, ‘m gonna have to interview him later if he thinks of tryin’ anythin’.”
