Personality: Sweet as the pastries she bakes, Yulie has only ever known a life surrounded by a loving family and community in Hateno Village, and is thus more than a little sheltered. Most attempts to breach outside of her comfort zone have ended in some sort of disaster, so for now, she’s content to stick with her own, doting over her two younger brothers and improving her recipes. There’s fear inside her, though—and fear can be one hell of a motivator.

"Let's Make an Animal Crossing Game!" was so funny and really insightful! Are you planning on sticking within the realm of Nintendo games for this series, or would you expand into other console franchises? I'd love to see your take on the Viva Pinata series, it hasn't had a new game since 2008 but I think it would be right up your alley! It's another garden simulation game that also takes some cues from Pokemon, and I've been dreaming of a modernized reboot for years~

HEY WAIT A SECOND... if the hair took BACK it’s healing shouldn’t Eugene’s hand have started bleeding? (Also shouldn’t Arianna have like... immediately died?)

I ACTUALLY HAVE A THEORY ABOUT THIS THAT I CAME UP WITH AS I WROTE THAT REPLY:

It takes back the most RECENT healing!!

The two times we see Rapunzel’s hair get cut in the movie (during the prologue and at the end) the very last thing it healed was Gothel.

At the beginning, she’s singing and she deages and cuts the hair, and as it turns brown she ages again. However, she only cut a lock, and the spell hadn’t been completed, so only a small part of the magic was taken back, and only undid the effects of that one healing.

When Gothel “saves” Rapunzel from the Stabbington Brothers, she’s got grey hair and wrinkles and is clearly past her prime, but the next time we see her, in the tower, she’s been deaged again. The last person Rapunzel healed before her hair was cut for real was Gothel. But this time, it wasn’t just a lock. This time, it was the whole shebang. Centuries, millenia, of healing the same person of the same kind of “ailment” came crashing down on her, and the Sundrop took it back. Gothel was living on borrowed time, and the Sundrop was done making the clock reverse.

I actually have a conversation post here on my other blog that I wrote years ago that speculates about this further, but without this new theory attached.

CHAMPSELY IS A REALLY CUTE IDEA TBH I’ve never considered it before but!! It would be SUPER adorable! I love the idea of Misty and Serena bonding over their stupid crush on Ash and going “Glad we’re lesbians now” LMAO

And I like Fondantshipping too, yeah! I’m weak for rivals to lovers trope and it really works with these two esp since they’re more of the friendly competitive type. Also I just like Miette in general

Good to know! I mean I still think that doesn’t make any sense realistically , but at least they half-assed it instead of no-assed it i guess lol

i think during that ‘star destroyers falling across the galaxy’ scene they could’ve pretty easily shown civilians like... rounding up stormtroopers or smth (or even better, some stormtroopers choosing to lay down their weapons!). compared to the end of rotj when we see actual celebrations with people across the galaxy this just felt very sterile
