The fact that Spandam's dad is alive and still working in the Government raises interesting questions about what position he could have been promoted to after his time with CP9. The existence of an even secreter branch of secret agent assassins feels a little strange given the gravity CP9 elicited during the Water 7 Saga, but I feel like it's mostly because of the shared Cipher Pol name. CP9 and CP0 have very different functions, and it makes sense that the group dedicated to the Celestial Dragons would be more prestigious.

Well… my friend and I came up with a funny theory that Nico Robin and Rob Lucci are actually twins who were separated in childhood. And out of that came an alternate universe where they grew up together and both became archaeologists. :P
