Love me some Spanish food but when my bew @blatinawiththegoodhair told me about @TheSpanglishVegan305 .... I was like whoa... vegan Spanish food? There’s more than just black beans, rice, avo, tomatoes, yucca, plantains??? Lol. Thats basically my veggie meal. SO I had to see what this was ALL about. . . . First of all, I wanted everything off the menu 🤤 but opted for the Chkn (jackfruit) & Spinach & Chiz (vegan cheese). Now I don’t do vegan cheese cause I’m not too fond of the taste/texture but this cheese was so friggin creamy!!!!!! & the jackfruit was so tender & flavorful 😱🤤 the empanadas were so huge I could barely finish one 😩 . . . washed it all down with the Dominican drink I can’t pronounce 😅 “Morir Soñando” usually made with Milk but subbed for coconut milk x Orange Juice & other flavors.
