Sparkstember Day 1: Halfnelson/Sparks This year due to circumstances beyond my control (Orange menace’s tariffs) my contribution is Kandi Sparkslets (Sparks bracelets). Beads were something I could readily find and afford due to several craft stores going out of business due to not recovering from the pandemic and the tariff go round. Someday, they’ll be more Jell-O; just not this year. And Kandi beads are fun. Thanks to the Swifties, I met while lining up for movies, for reminding me of the joy of cheap plastic jewelry. Y’all should check out Sparks.

Thank you so much to all the friends who are such kind gift givers! We're back

#it's touring time again! you know what that means!#sparks #my art #kandi #sparkslets #13 different colors bracelet that is actually 14 different colors. as we know.#my favourites out of these however are both colorblind & mess up / fess up #i have so many unicorn & rainbow charms that i'm so looking forward to using #unfortunately before i go on i'll have to make another purchase because. well have i ever told you the story of how i've been TRICKED #because in my first ever bracelet making kit there were some random number beads but no 2's to be found #which is fair. the most used number probably. for years and dates and stuff #so eventually i had to buy more numbered beads and i went with another 100 random number beads offer #because SURELY among 100 beads there will be at least some 2's. well. WRONG! there wasn't even a single 2 in the entire thing!#so i guess the only way to have a 2 is to get a bag of only 2's and nothing else. fine #it's not like i can make a sparks tour 2026 bracelet without them. or i guess i could diy some 2's out of Z's maybe..#anyway i also remade the hotel 4 the fab bracelet because i didn't like the colors. now it's darker and cooler #and incorporates the stage colors used for this song on last tour. now the colors are canon-compliant you could say.#none of this was interesting. yay. bracelets.

put sparks on shuffle and just as I was finishing stringing this the song came up 🤭

unfortunately I need more beads that aren't letters so I can't finish it rn 🙃
