But of a break but I'm back :)
I haven't posted for a couple of days but the past 2 days have been pretty good. 2 SP days, a few syns but overall pretty good :) Today = Breakfast = Poached egg on toast, bacon, mushrooms, beans & ketchup (4syns) Dinner = Cheesy cauliflower bake (HEA) Snacks = Edamame beans, chai tea, coffee (½ syn) Did lots of walking in town today & we've put our Xmas tree up so I'm happy ^_^
Another line drawn & another fresh start
Day 1 & today has been a day full of temptation! I have given in to temptation a little bit but not too much! It was an SP day today so I feel back in control plus the line has been drawn for the last time! Breakfast = 30g Weetabix Mini Choc Chip (HEB) with milk (HEA) & strawberries Lunch = Tomato & mushroom crust less quiche with salad, beetroot & butternut squash Dinner = Spanish Chicken Snacks = 2 apples, 2 Hifi light bars (HEB), coffee (HEA), fruit tea, a small piece of doughnut (less than ¼ - approx 5 syns), baklava (18 syns) Got another SP day tomorrow & a week of positivity ahead ^_^
Last day of the weekend
Mild depression has kicked in again & it's all because of some bleeding churros -_- This weekend has been a good & positive weekend as well! I now fit into a corset I have never been able to fit into & I went & got a pair of trousers for work & they're a size smaller (they're a bit snug but it's better than crazy loose!) So I guess I need to stay positive & concentrate on what I'm doing rather than concentrating on what I'm not doing & throwing it all down the drain. So it's been an SP day today- Breakfast: Bacon & scrambled egg with ketchup (4syns) Dinner: Tuna Nicosie salad Snacks: Churros with Nutella (24syns approx), Nero coffee (syns), coffee (HEA)
Day 6
Day 6 & almost there!!!! I'm starting to like being positive as there has been a lot of negativity going on in my life lately so focusing on the positive is doing me good ^_^ Talking of positivity......my positive thing for today is that I have now started to feel more confident & feel like I deserve my promotion now that I fit in my clothes better :D Breakfast : Bacon & egg omelettes Lunch : Bistro Beetroot Salad (2syns) Dinner : Chicken Supreme Snacks : 2 coffees (part HEA), apples, 2 Hifi Light bars (HEB), hot chocolate (HEA & 1syn), rum & diet lemonade (3.5syns) Weigh-in tomorrow so fingers crossed I haven't overdone it this week ^_^
Day 5
Day 5 & the start of the working week. I'm starting to find that writing this is helping me focus a bit more & I'm not cheating myself which I guess is a good thing. So my positive thing for today is that someone at work didn't recognise me.....I should state that, although I work in an office, we're separated by a wall & don't always get to see the rest of the people in our company. This made me feel both proud of myself & amazed that somebody who isn't very observant noticed!! SP day today: Breakfast : Bacon & egg baked omelette things Lunch : Bistro beetroot salad with feta (2syns) Dinner : Bean cassoulet (1.5) Snacks : 3 cups of coffee (don't judge me....it was a tough day!!) (HEA), 2 apples, 2 Hifi Light Bars (HEB), 1shot toffee apple sourz & lemonade (2.5syns), Hot Choc (1syn & rest of HEA), ½ Choc bar (12.5syns)
