Just after Timi Dakolo debunked claims of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo officiating his wedding to Busola, Pastor Yemi Davids of Global Impact church has also confirmed that the couple got married in his church. Pastor Yemi Davids who also revealed that he has been privy to some personal struggles Busola has had over the years, stated that what she said is her truth and should be honored even though there was a denial. The Global Impact church Pastor who stated that he supports any process that will bring justice, healing and resolution in the matter, wrote; Hmmm I feel the need to do this as a husband, father and Pastor. @busoladakolo got married from our church to @timidakolo and as a friend to the family, I've been privy to some of the personal struggle Busola has had over the years, based on the details she expressed at the recent interview. This is her truth and it should be honoured. I commend her for her bravery and I pray this helps her healing process. I also noticed that there was a denial of the allegation. Why Tumblr?
So today, I return to Tumblr once again. But this time with a NEW blog. A REAL one. Now this does not mean I was a fake before, but this means that from today this blog will be full of my true emotions. My true thought processes. My true life.
But what brought me to this point. - A Drive Home.
A short drive home. I started to talk to myself out loud. Weird right? But yet it felt so good. The feeling of expressing myself to anyone close by. The feeling of being free with my words without dodging questions and making me re-read into things. It was a conversation to myself with no but ins. Just a flow of conversation.
At this point I realised I should have somewhere to speak out. This is why I choose tumblr. I am anonymus. I want to stay that way. No name. No personal picture. Just written thoughts and feelings.
I choose Tumblr as previously I was so humbled with the amount of people, from all over around the world who connected with me, supported me and loved who I was. That’s what life should always be but yet I do not feel that every day we support one another, love one another, understand one another. Life is so cruel and confusing. Tumblr helps to heal raw nerves.
But hey, I went into my own world writing that. Yes I went off track. But these are my true feelings and thoughts. And get ready for plenty more posts! All about Firing away and Speaking out!
