Drop all of your headcanons about the galvan society with its positives and negatives their planet
Also you biological headcanons about the galvans themselves
Theres still a faction of Galvan out there min-maxxing the espionage/spy skills their 1. Super intellect and 2. soft bones that bend and let them get into tight spaces allow them to do and that they were originally very much enslaved about when other lifeforms met Galvans. The Hacker character and the Spy character got the itty bitty character to surrogate their love child and the tiny terror and scourge of all security systems was born in the form of Spy Galvans.
The "Ancient Tech Gods" they used to worship and that Azmuth based his Bio-Suit design off of were the actual first contact aliens that came to their planet but weren't enormous assholes about it.
Mashed-Lepidopteran is a thing and there's a black-market demand for it in the galaxy and, unfortunately, there's a Galvan or two guilty of it
First Thinker as a position is basically being head of planetary defense; Azmuth's job outside his normal science stuff is thinking of everything that could go wrong and preemptively building/coming up with solutions. Albedo, when he was his assistant in this era, ran simulations similar to the Ultimate form war simulations as part of this facet of the job.
It's canonically attractive to male Galvans when females face dry up during the warmer season, so their beauty products focus on drying skin up
They long since figured out making a nutrient bar to meet all basic dietary requirements and, while Galvans know traditionally how to cook, everyone basically subsists on Nutritional Bug Bars because the more time they spend cooking is time they aren't doing their various sciences/jobs.
Their agriculture is fully automated, in that similar vein, and insects bred in captivity for food
The Helix installation on Galvan B (Galvantic Mechamorph Homeworld) was supposed to be the update that allowed for the Mechamorphs to have reproductive capabilities since, so far, they only seem able to make beings of Dog-Level intelligence that are meant to be reassimilated into their bodies after completion of their task and not Actual Children. The Galvan respect their incidental-biomechanical offspring species and wanted to let them have the basic ability of all species to evolve, but alas, we got Malware instead... sorry lil dude
Since their focus on advancements have been scientific/weapon/transport focused for so long for defensive/protective purposes, their medical advancements have notably staggered compared to their other fields and other advanced species. This is seen is Azmuths own dad not being able to be helped by medical intervention in his poor health until Azmuth stepped in to transfer his consciousness in a younger clone body to preserve his life.
In line with the last one, Azmuth puts some stress on his younger scientists to go into medical science fields and surgical procedures.
Similar to frogs, both parents can be in the child Galvans life up-to hatching into tadpoles or one parent will take sole custody. It's not common, but also not odd for a parent to continue parenting into the child's tadpole years and staying connected in life
Galvan Prime and later Galvan Mark B's Galvan all have their characteristic grey skin and physicality but other Galvan who remain displaced or simply still live on other planets have other evolutions into sister and sub-species. Some are more newt-like in appearance, some even smaller like dart-frogs with defensive venom, there's a species in the Anur System that has the Wing-Rib nightmare fuel development similar to a Draco Lizard and are basically hyper-intelligent alien frog-bats now.
Galvan Legs are a delicacy in some parts of the galaxy; it is horrible but unfortunately even sapient species get made into food in the Ben 10-verse. We all remember the Tiffin
Galvan Prime was heavily industrialized and reminiscent of the planets the Galvan were scattered across for the bulk of their history, Galvan Mark B is their actual example of Galvan architecture and is made in the smarter "Don't intrude on nature" way that doesn't disrupt their planets natural swamp environments and actually makes them feel at home.
Galvan Mark B saw a significant drop in infant mortality rates because the natural environment for raising tadpoles turned out to be a lot more productive, which is another point to them keeping their planet in technological and natural balance
Most of this is based on real frogs, canon allusions, and fun ideas + my flavor of logic, have a good day anon
