I've seen goat Kris, dog Kris, cat Kris, even maus Kris. But I've yet to see deer Kris. So I took it into my own hands.

Then I did more.

This is a whole species shift over here. Not even a regular swap.

What are the regenerative capabilities of vampires? Can you regenerate from any injury? Can a town keep eating chunks off you that will regenerate endlessly, and the town will never go hungry? You can end starvation! And does the same thing go for your blood? Can they keep pumping blood out of you to always have something to drink, and put you in an irrigation canal while keeping your wounds permanent to keep watering the crops? Could you flood the world?

Vamptober Day 9: Species Shift

Another mid-transformation frame, this time of my native Equestrian boy, Shift! He’s almost into his hyena form here. Unlike a changeling’s single wave of illusory magic, my vamponies that can transfigure themselves like this take a few waves of magic before they’ve fully assumed their new form. And even then, the unicorns retain a forehead nub to channel their magic with. Non-unicorns use an amulet or talisman to channel their magic, so God forbid they lose it somehow. xD

Species Shift: 17 and 21

17. RegretsOne major thing Shift still regrets is that he couldn’t protect his twin sister and himself from becoming vampire. He has an array of dangerous-to-ponies creatures he could have changed into, yet it wasn’t enough to fend off the one who changed them.

21. Turning points in their lifeWhen he was a young adult and he was Turned. *cheesy grin* Okay, becoming-vampiric joke aside, when they met Duke. Vampires aren’t known for their parental instincts, and the twins were pretty much left to fend for themselves as newly-blooded vampire ponies. Meeting Duke brought them, and especially Shift (with his guilt over the above regret), out of a metaphorically dark place.

Orange/Yellow

Characterized by : Calm mood, generally happy, hair down, curvy, usually sitting or laying down, loves to chat, very cutesy

Green

Characterized by : Stuttering, easily flustered, constant rambles, loves talking about anything and everything, curvy, glasses

Blue/Teal

Characterized by : Quiet talking, either sitting or laying down, shy, easily flustered, half-puddle, curvy, most common shift

Pink/Purple

Characterized by : Royal blood, dominant, likes respect, ombré colours, horns everywhere, crown, likes being called Highness, least common

Black/Dark

Characterized by : Uncertainty, flirty, loves animals, constantly changing figure

White/Clear

Characterized by : Fake innocence, flirting, brutally honest, very clingy, glasses, smaller in size

The Twins Refsheets 2018 edition~

Just as before, updating everybody to be on par with each other stylistically! I fluffed Shift a bit, since he embodies the vampiric power of animal-shapeshifting. He get floof when he mad. And both of them needed the hoof color update. I’m just glad that this pair of pains in the butt, design-wise, finally stopped changing on me. xD 

Oh! And before I forget! CM artwork was not done by me, but by @stephanoodle! I commissioned them a couple years ago, I believe!
