Rishi was born as third of five sons and seventh child of madame Dipali. Together with most of siblings and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins lives in big, ornate villa on less poshy end of Luna Vale. Mother rules the pack with iron hand and all her children have to help in her restaurant as well they can.
Trickster, prankster, in the long run annoying, Rishi is usually easygoing and fun to hang out with. Pathological liar, can create illusions to fool the others. Has nasty habit to pinch small and not necesarilly valuable objects now and then - it seems to happen pretty spontaneous and may or may not be symptom of kleptomania… or maybe it’s just effect of sharing room with three other brothers, who constantly borrow each other’s stuff without asking first.
As a student, Rishi is lazy, so very lazy, the school is too boring to pay attention and teachers talk too much. Couldn’t the lecture have form of cartoon instead? If not the fear of mother’s anger, he would skip the classes daily. Time before exams is a puddle pain and hectic looking for someone, who’s got neat and complete notes.
As long he remembered, Rishi was surrounded by a loud group of kids - brothers, sisters, more distant relatives, so many of them. The faces were constantly changing - people were passing away, moving in or moving out but the large house was always full. Any grown-up relative who had time at the moment could take care of the kids and when everybody was busy, kids were getting along on their own. There weren’t many constant things in Rishi’s life, and not many rules except “Obey the mother”.
Till the end of elementary school Rishi had lot of freedom. Dipali couldn’t care less about his grades as long he was getting passed from class to class. He wasn’t given much tasks and could spend most time playing or laying about. With time he started to help in the restaurant - first as cleaner, then as waiter. Carying plates wasn’t very fun, and for lack of enthusiasm Rishi got degraded to a kitchen helper. Surprisingly enough - most of all for himself - he actually enjoyed the change. The crazy fuss in the kitchen was similiar to noisy group, he was growing in and the cooking was magic. Soon he started to play with the thought about becoming chef, or at least one of the cooks, but his skills weren’t enough and dreamjobs were taken by more tallented sisters and brothers. Rishi’s future had already been planned years ago. Dipali sent him to best college in town to study marketing and management and help family business grow.
he doesn’t have any favourite brother or sister, ranking constantly changes.
