no but for real speng for me is very mutual yet arthur (to me) is the type to definitely get grouchy at antonio for ✨nothing✨ because he wants the ✨attention✨ and antonio is too stupid to realize, but he’s a ray of sunshine and gives it anyway. it’s not super romantic though beyond intimacy.. but if they were both alone on an island..............
porteng in my eyes is... very romantic on afonso’s side, in-love-with-your-friend type beat. but look me in the eyes and tell me arthur thinks anyone is into him romantically. unless it’s ground in and made exceedingly obvious, he’s just gonna blow it off because he hardly even believes people want to be his friend 😭 so it’s rough on afonso emotionally, but at least he gets some affection and intimacy with him at all? so it’s better than not at all? poor guy
