First post of 2022! Haven’t been posting throughout the pandemic. Honestly I haven’t felt like myself and due to the lack of activity both socially and physically, there was not much pictures to take. So today I finally back in my natural habitat. FYI Ontario just reopened after another lockdown; so any January fitness resolutions were delayed by a month. This time, I am bringing my husband with me on this fitness journey. Hey hey Foody Feasters! It’s that time of week again! #tastytuesday ! #foodspiration & #fitspiration coming your way! We are going on hiatus for the next two months, so this is going to be our last post for a little while. We are moving into a new home and we need a little break to relax between moving and the pandemic. This is our last meal breakdown for a while: Korean style beef stew with white bean mash served with pea sprouts and some lightly charred yellow peppers & zucchini. Topped with a scattering of toasted sesame seeds. Good morning Toronto! It’s #tastytuesday again! And it beginning to look like the start of a great week here in T.O. We are finally getting out of lockdown this coming Friday. I know we are eager to get back to eating at restaurants 🍽 and doing a little shopping 🛍. But remember everything in moderation! Anyway we are food channel so here is this week’s box of delights! Carving sweet and sour pork, so made with sautéed mixed greens ( kale, bok choy & shiitake mushrooms) with brown lentils. The only sugar that gives this dish it’s sweetness comes from the pineapple and some of its juice. Typically you would have this dish with rice but wanted to mix things up. Had to top the dish with extra pineapple chunks and green onions. Not the vibrant bowl of food to look at but definitely vibrant in taste! Good morning Toronto! How is everyone today? The weather is going crazy here in Toronto: hot one week and freezing cold for a couple of days.
