I use to eat a lot of gummy bears. Gummies are good. However, most gummies are not vegetarian (made with gelatin, which is disgusting) Little known fact most spice drops are made from Pectin instead so fully vegetarian. So the other day I bought a container of spice drops. I have now had to separate the orange ones. I don’t know what flavor they are supposed to be but I suspect someone thought Cayenne would be a good spice for candy. Christmas is coming. Super close now... And snowing on cookies and cakes. So these are my wholewheat gingerbread cookies frosted with royal icing. Spiced with ginger and cinnamon,these go beautifully with hot chocolate. The s'mores were eaten up as soon as they were dunked into the Chocolate. It's sorta cold in Mumbai today...when you pick hot chocolate instead of a cold brew. The Cookies are also spiced with some garam masala . Everytime I think if Christmas ,I think of that Bandaid single called "it's Christmas Time". "And in our world of plenty, we can spread a smile of joy!!"
