This is my Gymnocalycium baldianum(Dwarf Chin Cactus, Spider Cactus). I named her Hazel. The first picture is a glamour shot of her flowering period this year, which lasted about 2 weeks. She only opened in the late afternoon. The flower fell off and she's resting now. Still looking beautiful. Her pot is a candy dish shaped like a shell and koi fish I got at an estate sale and drilled a hole in.

God, I forgot about these guys too! These are a little unbelievable, but they're spider cacti from a kit that my sister bought for me from Hot Topic, of all places. We both expected them to not sprout, but there were four seeds and three of them sprouted??? Like???? I love them so much, look at my little troopers go.

The twins that started it all; my Spider cacti. I planted them with my friend a couple of weeks before I planted my mixed cacti seeds and these little guys are even smaller than the others!! I've had them the longest, too! They're super bright green though and are just recently starting to grow hairs, so they're getting along at their own pace, I guess.
