How do you think a sapient carnivorous-leaning spider-moth hybrid would consume insects?

this is a very fun question. I did some research on their different mouth parts and I think i found a solution, provided they remain more insectoid in appearance and aren't more humanoid.

this would also perhaps lend itself to an omnivorous diet, since they can still slurp nectar out of flowers if they so choose. also, I know that butterflies, a close relative of moths, have been known to feed on blood if they happen to find it available. So maybe these spider-moths can even use their fangs to create wounds in vertebrate animals and then shove their proboscis in the open wound to slurp the blood. In general though, they can just bite insects and inject the venom, then use their proboscis to slurp out the liquefied guts.

I finally managed to jump on the Hazbin Hotel OC train~ Welcome the wonderful weaving woman known as Arachne~!

She's a hybrid orb weaver and lunar moth demon, and a fashion designer (quite popular) in Hell. With her army of assistants, she's able to keep up some high demand lines (usually her fireproof swimwear or custom formal).

Her assistants are all fireflies (I'll be drawing some of them tomorrow hopefully) from whom she's learned some fire magic. She likes to perform fire dances on the side as her magic makes it green to purple rather than a yellow/red.

Arachne is not venomous, but that doesn't mean she isn't capable of defending what territory she has that she uses. Her two sets of legs are as sharp as they come and will deliver more than a painful pinch if she has to use them on you. In addition that fire burns hot and her webs are strong enough to detain even some of the strongest in Hell. Even if she looks squishy, don't mess with this spider.

She died around the late 80s when Boho fashion was taking off and it's her favorite style to wear even now. Flowy outerwear draped over tight fit clothes or crop tops are her absolute go-to, and she's never without one of her sets of mirrored sunglasses.
