Hiccup:

When I wrote the song “Free,” I felt relieved. When I recorded it, I felt excited. When I finally uploaded it, I felt like I’ve accomplished something. Call me crazy but I felt like I was flying in the sky when I heard my voice in the instrumentals; to admit that I wrote a song, it made me smile that everyone liked it. To this day, I’m still happy.

Fishlegs:

I’m super passionate about art. I love drawing, I love coloring, painting, you name it. It’s like writing out the pictures. As an artist, I love it all; I love drawing out characters, making them do shit and experimenting new things.

I also obsess over theatre, broadway musicals, plays. What would I give to sing in front of a large audience? Hello Dolly, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Wicked, Spring Awakening, Cinderella, The King and I, West Side Story , The Sound of Music, They’re all my favorites.

Then there’s the music. I obsess over music any day; but not just mainstream billboard hits or indie music, but from the showtunes, to Disney, to circus music, to orchestra, I love hearing the violins, the brass, everything!

Next comes reading. Hand me a crap ton of novels and I’ll be as happy as a mouse in a pile of cheese. I can go from reading the original hardcore fairytales to rereading the Hunger Games and Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings. I can even read manga, comic books. Bottom line, I read a lot.

and last comes writing. I love to write stories, songs, and poems. The only downside is that I keep having writers block and it ends up draining that passion at times, but I still love to write, I just have to put a lot of thought to it without making it clunky and incoherent.

5. When I was a little kid, I used to watch Winx Club, Totally Spies, and Sailor Moon with my younger cousins after school. My favorite characters were always Techna, Sam, and Sailor Mercury respectively.

2. Salty or sweet?

Ok, have you ever had chocolate covered potato chips? Glorious. I'm literally always eating chips so I guess I should say salty, but mixing the two together is the way to go

3. What was your first pet like? Or, what’s your favorite animal?

My first pet ever was a cat named Willow and he was a sweetheart from what I remember, he died when I was pretty young, after that I had two cats named Galileo and Celeste and they are literally perfection, Galileo died a few months ago, I really miss him...

4. Who was your celebrity crush as a kid?

As a kid...fuck I don't even remember I really liked that kid who played Peter Pan in the live action movie? 

5. What kind of injuries have you gotten in the past?

I dunno I'm always crashing into walls. I've had surgery a few times but never for an actual injury, just stuff growing in my head and some weird little vein thing on my leg

6. Tell me an embarrassing moment you are willing to share.

Hm. Once when I was a kid I was playing hide and seek at my friends house and she had like a cabinet in her bathroom that wasn't being used for anything so I hid in it, but then her mom came in to go to the bathroom and didn't notice me so I just sat there and didn't say anything and then I was so embarrassed I stayed in there for like 20 minutes while my friend ran around calling for me.

7. Tell me something about you or your past that you’re proud of. (i.e., a trait, an award, the way you paint your nails, etc.)

I make a mean strawberries and cream frappucino. Does that count?

8. Favorite homemade meal?

anything involving mashed potatoes? Like shepards pie...omg...

9. Favorite take-out meal?

fuckin cheeseburgers man. And like dumplings...

10. Tell me a funny story one of your friends or family members told you recently. 

One of my friends told me that she accidentally nicked her friends ear while she was cutting her hair, but she was like, smiling and laughing so hard as she told the story, and I was just sitting there horrified like "I am never letting you cut my hair again"

11. What’s that one thing that you find yourself explaining over and over again to people who meet you the first time? For me, it’s how I spell my name. For my brother, it’s his beard. People find it hard to believe that a 23 year old would willingly grow a 4 inch long beard. 

Ugh. That I'm ok with the fact I'm not in school. Literally I have had the same conversation word for word with too many people, they ask if I'm in school and I say no not right now and then they get into the whole "oh you should go back, you'd be happier in college, WHEN ARE YOU GOING BACK?". Like literally. I tried going to college and I wanted to die the entire time I was there, I might go back eventually but not right now and people need to fuckin stop telling me what to do with my life. ._.
