He knew he really should have stayed home. Slowly poking his head out of the manhole, Raphael glanced around, green eyes wide and curious. It took all of the strength he had to push the manhole up and out of the way so that he could get out, squeaking as he climbed out. He looked around, up at the lights, at the colors. Grinning a little, he bounced out to the road, stopping as his foot hit something. Looking down, Raph’s eyes went wide and round, leaning down to pick it up. “Hey little guy...”

general opinions: I hated him at first, and my hate continued throughout the whole series until Itachi fought him. Then my perspective changed and I think he’s not a bad guy… Now I think he’s kinda cute? idk

Down. Raph doesn’t generally look up a lot unless it’s to speak with somebody (because most people he knows are quite a bit taller than him). It’s something to do with his reluctance to actually expose his neck area, he’s paranoid about it.
