Spinatus was born, sister and brother, joined down the middle. One side was white as snow and the other blue as the dark oceans. Though they had twice the might, size, and abilities, they were outcast from their family and by other dragons.

This led to a long and lonely exile, forced to teach themselves how to hunt, fight, and survive. But, at least, the two had each other.

Until they met Teres, that is. At this time, Teres was still merely the apprentice to the Lady of Pain, not yet consumed by his desire to take the otherworldly nephrons or to turn agony into life.

Teres took them in, young as he was, and cared for them until they were grown. By the time Teres became Dreadking and war began, Spinatus was Teres's most loyal right hand and steed: the Archdrake of Doom. Teres granted them the ability to become two, the sister Supraspinatus (Scales of Lapiz Lazuli) and the brother Infraspinatus (Scales of Milky Quartz). Their might was feared across the splitting worlds, a haunting omen of the Lymphatic Dreadking's spread.

But, when Teres was inevitably defeated and sealed away by the Lady in Pain and Forged Family, Spinatus returned to the shadows of exile, grieiving the loss of their friend and only family. Eventually, now old and forgotten, they formed a cult to Teres, hoping to create more Stolen Blades and Lymphs for Teres's return. For they never gave up hope that he would come back for them...
