Getting Clear On What Truly Matters
You have as much time as you need and create. Make your life easier by using all of your senses. Part of that is understanding yourself. Today is about becoming aware of what you really want. Move away from the things that rob you of the ability to succeed.
Start by breathing and asking yourself, what are your top priorities? What are your values? Get on your own track and don't let the energies around you ping pong you. Write down your top 5 values and your top 3 priorities:
Happiness on my own terms
Time with pets, friends, family, and loved one
Maintain exercise habit safely
Find a job that funds that happy life
Feeling and being as good as I am
2 Decisions to Support Those Priorities:
Purchase insoles to help me exercise or vary it
Accept the job process for what it is and keep positive
Ask yourself, what are my top 3 priorities for today? The more decisions you make that align with your values and priorities, the less time you waste.
