What was yesterday's etiquette is today's political position, which, as we've all chosen amongst those various points made quite clear by every modern movement in existence today. Pick your sides, folks; wear your colors and, please, know which sides you're on. See, this is where I am heading. Do you notice how the marketing, the sublimation of the social etiquette, has changed? The lines are so thin we've hardly a distinction between the creative and the real and we've yet to face the facts; we've yet to even determine the facts. It's just that, when aesthetic simplicity has subverted all of social reality, what is anyone to do? Creative and Real, you see, each one is superfluous of the other. Society itself, nothing but superfluous reality. For them, they say, "life is beautiful and so must my own personal, my individual life, is presumed to be the essence of this beauty, and this we shall presume of every other. If your life is not beautiful then, perhaps, it is something wrong with you and, not me, so what do I care?" But then, you see, what is it we should care about at all? cared about by all? What is it to be? Truly. "Oh," some of this kind may say, "you see the world differently than me?" they ask, rhetorically of course. Swfitly followed by a slight and viscious exclamation, "BORING! BIGOT BULLSHIT!" And, you see? That is it. See? That is precisely where I was headed. That is precisely It.
