AND for all his flirty looks and big talk at the start of the episode......he doesn't even end up hooking up with lisa like he originally planned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he exclusively showed up here with a flimsy excuse of a case (that he had no way of knowing would pan out to be a real case) bc he was on his "goodbye tour" and wanted to hookup with lisa again as a "dying wish" and then.........nothing.

she even kisses him! and invites him to stay for a while! with a flirty little smile! (implication being: there will be sex involved)

and dean gets Very Serious and says:

turns her down! not very "Playboy" of him. not very "selfish only cares abt his own pleasure" of him (bc that's not who he IS. duhh).

he cares about her. he sees she has a life. a kid.

and this isn't his life. and it wouldn't be fair to her, to stick around, to start something up again, when he's going to die in a year.

so he leaves. and they don't hook up. they literally do not hook up!!!!!!

once again, manwhore dean WHERE??? last ep, unaffected by Lust. this ep, does not hook up with the past fling he was making a big show of wanting to sleep with. he is all talk. always. forever.
