I could do with a few less storylines splitting up the screen time all over the place. We got like one half-second glimpse of Sam between the last commercial break and this one, and a bunch of time on side characters. meh

I keep thinking about how Sam is gonna react to seeing his mom alive for the first time in over 30 years. But since he's all drugged up with actual drugs, witchcraft, etc. there's a good chance he won't believe it's real. He might even try to fight her until Dean steps in...
