So, I frequently have my heart rat, Moo, out while I read, write, and watch TV. Sometimes there is food out.

He has learned that he can have as much as he wants of my food and I'll just kind of sigh but let him go nuts.

Because of my wife's chronic health issues, a side effect if all our food being rat-safe has kind of manifeated itself. Also, everything we feed our rats is home made, so it's not like he doesn't have a bunch of fresh food every day.

Moo is living his best life.
