I was recently diagnosed with this stupid stress disorder where my skin breaks out in these terrible itchy hot rash patches and my throat tightens up and I’m just generally in a lot of discomfort.
I wanna write about some of my favs taking care of me and making my life less stressful, but I can’t choose. Any ideas?
