The second recipe from week 2 was a steamed sponge pudding using the marmalade I made. However I have to confess that I cheated and instead of steaming the pudding for an hour and a half, I just zapped it in the microwave for 5 minutes and it came out fine. The photo is a bit strange because the sponge mixture sank through the marmalade at the bottom of the dish so it was pushed out to the edges of the bowl. Tasted good though. I'll have to make a lot more of this kind of pudding to use up the marmalade lake!
