I’ve been rewatching She-Ra and boy does it HURT to watch Light Hope call Mara a failure who snapped, lost control, and almost destroyed Etheria. Adora’s first impression of her predecessor is as a disaster. She was already so worried about letting everyone down. Now she how to contend with the possibility of following in Mara’s footsteps and supposedly going beserk with the emotional weight of her power.

Meanwhile Mara sacrificed everything only to be called a disappointment by one of the two people who actually remember her. She deserves to be honored as a hero.

I for one would love a She-Ra Mara prequel movie! Perhaps with an epilogue of Mara somehow reuniting with Madame Razz through Adora’s magic post series finale.

I just want to see Mara happy again okay?

- no new characters, which is a little dissapointing, but it's good old characters maintain relevancy.
