Newsies and Flipping People Off (I don’t know I’m losing it)

Jack: oh he flips people off a lot and it’s super forceful. When a camera gets faced in his direction he kinda huffs a smile and then 🖕

Race: oh you know he flips everything off. Especially random objects. Like once he stumped his toe on the corner of the table and kinda ‘ohhhhhHHHHH NO MMMMMM 🖕’ and Albert was just there laughing silently at Race’s aggression

You know who flips people off more than Race? Albert: he doesn’t mean to honestly it became a habit to just quickly flip someone off but then he found himself accidentally doing it and it became problematic. He accidentally flipped Les off and then Les started to copy him and, is too, unstoppable to everyones protest.

Davey: oh he’s never flipped someone off he’s too polite. Besides Jack... he got really really mad one day and flipped him off. The tension immediately lifted as Jack began laughing his ass off because Davey was so forceful and aggressive that it was just pitiful.

Katherine: oh she does it so tastefully normally followed by some smart remark. If newsies wasn’t a Disney show she would flip Jack off... someone give me newsies but they flip everyone off

Okay so my brain is super caught up on the weird dream I had where Kath and Spot are teachers and best friends. And I was thinking about how they would totally meet up after school and get coffee or something and just talk about the dumb things that their students did that day. And they would have some kids that have both their classes so they would talk about what the kids think of them. And just be best friends. (I just really love this idea)

Oh my god wait- I’ve always had a modern head canon that Kath became a teacher.

I can just see her whole thing being like ‘it’s an honour to teach a new generation and see young minds changing’ plus she’s great with kids.

Spot would probably be a great teacher as well tbh, I can see him chaperoning at school dancing like ‘PHILIS! BILLY! Leave room for Jesus!!!!!’ or something and Kath making eye contact with him and snorting.
