Sometimes, having alters is pretty chill.
And then other times it's "Who the fuck sprained my big toe and how the fuck did you do that?" and receiving no answer.

Anyway. If anyone has advice on how to fix/heal a sprained toe, I'm open to it.

Sprained....
I sprained my toe.....I landed wrong on a bouncy castle yesterday and my big toe bent to much (as if I curled it) and most of my weight went on it. And it's not like the bouncy castle sinks so it was still pretty stiff when I put my weight on my toe and it hurt like hell! I didn't even know you could sprain toes.... 😧
I just sprained my toe. I guess this rules out going to the fair !
An hour before my performance Sunday, my sprained toe completely stopped hurting. I chalked it up to adrenaline, and prepared for it to come back worse after the show...but it never did! It feels almost normal today! The miracle of adrenaline? Just getting beyond the first forty-eight hours post-injury? Anyone have any idea what's going on?
