me: i dont have spreadsheet autism
also me: has a spreadsheet up meticulously documenting items in my fallout 76 stash
okay i realise how weird that sounded i'm the anon who asked for the fanfic tracker and i'm so grateful thank you so muchhh
this was so hilarious to wake up to this morning, i love you too lol thanks for being curious about my spreadsheet! here are the questions im gonna try to answer with it if you want any ideas, been kinda thinking of doing a paired down monthly stats version but we'll see
whats your format for your fanfic tracker? Im trying to make one myself but i have no idea how to :((
i use google sheets to track the fics i read
like that you can use it on your phone and laptop
helps me track multiple platforms that i read on not just ao3
con - on your phone you cant choose multiple options on drop down lists even if it is allowed so you can only choose one then go to the web version to pick the rest
the things i track!
name of the fic - typed out (avoids fixing funky spacing and fonts from copying and pasting)
link to the fic - copy pasted
what website - color coded drop down list
rating - color coded drop down list
categories - color coded “choose multiple options” drop down list
ship name - type it out
what fandom - type it out
chapter type - color coded “choose multiple options” drop down list
tags - color coded “choose multiple options” drop down list
canon type - color coded drop down list
omegaverse? - color coded “choose multiple options” drop down list
month read - drop down list
re-read? - yes or no drop down list
word count - type it out (if wc isnt given for the fic i copy and paste it into wordcount.net)
number of chapters - type it out (i count drabbles has having zero chapters)
completion status - yes or no drop down list
kink/smut tags - color coded “choose multiple options” drop down list
interesting tags? - type it out, if a fic has a funny tag it goes here (ex - soul mate goose of enforcement)
bookmarked or saved? - yes or no drop down list
author - author account name typed out and then link to their account on the platform i read the fic copy and pasted link
