I have never felt so good after a #practice! It was #hard, #sweaty, but focused and it made me feel like a brand new person! Right after the practice, I received one of the most #beautiful compliments from one of the girls in class: "you have the body of a Yogi, I saw true happiness in you in class! You're definitely going to be a great #yogateacher!" The best part? I'm not even subscribed to any #TeacherTraining, yet! It's amazing how your true purpose can shine through you! . That's why I want to enroll to a Teacher Training, @yovadalife , to continue spreading the light and help other people shine their light too! . That's why I'll never stop doing yoga, and I feel that my healing path, which I began 4 years ago, has just begun! . #yovadayogi for spreading that light! It really doesn't matter where I would go to #ytt what's important is keeping to #spreadthelight ✨🙏✨

Just finished speaking, educating, and having a discussion at SRM - a local fertility clinic here in Spokane Valley about Trans issues, Trans care and a little Trans 101! It was so great to meet everyone there, and they were all very receptive to the new information and engaged in our discussion! I'm so grateful they were interested in learning more about us and our community. I strongly believe the more awareness and education is spread, the more our society will grow in acceptance, compassion, understanding, and love.
