Chapter 17.1 - Jason and Ximena's Wedding (Part One)
On Ximena's birthday, in front of their closest friends and family,
Jason and Ximena declared their eternal love for each other.
Ximena vowed to be his peace and Jason vowed to be whatever she needed him to be. They ate, changed and partied!

Chapter 16.5
Back to reality
Moji gifted Jesse a new lab and plants from Sixam for his research. He was listening to All the Love from Ayra Starr when Oasis called him to let him know that she had dropped Deja to school. He asked her to come to his lab and gave her the code to come in.
After partying all night Saturday night, Jesse spent most of Sunday in Sixam-302's WatchTowers. He spoke with Ungoril face to face and they went over his moodlets and sentiments. Oasis did the same with Zuri. Then the four of them met to talk about the best course of action going forward. Jesse and Oasis were on the same page when it came to Deja. Oasis needs time and space to nurture a strong mother-daughter bond and she shared her opinion that Jesse's genuine feelings for Destiny cannot be ignored. Since they had already tried dating before either of them knew the truth, she'd rather they just admit that they're physically attracted to each other and keep their flirty moodlets under control.
Jesse chuckled at the absurdity of the situation and tickled Oasis to stop himself from kissing her. He was excited by the thought of her being here and aroused by the way she said my man. Oasis remembered a note in Desiree's file about her often ending up on top of Jesse on their couch and she suddenly understood why that note was there.

Chapter 18.3
For Watcher Ungoril, who has little patience with the pixel puppets, dynasty sims are frustrating. Jesse is and will be the only dynasty sim he has under his control and he was tempted to start ignoring him completely after Jesse refused the appeal. Watcher Tristan had to convince him to empathize with Jesse. And after Healer Juniper helped with a surprise fellow passenger on his flight back to Blanchisseuse, Tristan and Ungoril joined Merdaniel and Kenneth on Sixam M-085.
Merdaniel: Aren't you a eunuch or something? Didn't think you could even see a sim that way.
Kenneth: You got jokes, Damie.
Merdaniel: Not trying to be funny. I'm genuinely confused.
Kenneth: What's so confusing? You know Zuri's amazing. And you're a happily married merman now, right? So when you're stressed, you can go to your wife. Your wife can support you. 100%.
Tristan: I'm betting on Damie. Kaiso taught him well.
Ungoril: In the water, yes. But on land? He's useless. I'd go with Kenny.
Damie became too aggressive on the court after Kenny told him he was interested in Zuri. Tristan and Gor left the game but Kenny kept playing only to stop Damie from talking. Any time there was a pause in the game, he would open his mouth to say something about 'sims with control issues.'
Ungoril: Do you think Jesse will break up with Destiny?
Tristan: Probably not.
Ungoril: I took a look at some of his core memories and coding again and I noticed Moji snuck a little bit of you in there. Something about accountability and responsibility? I'm not asking to insult you, I just want to prepare. How long do I have before he gets passive aggressive with everyone?
Tristan *sighs*: Not long.
Ungoril: Got it. I am going to take my frustration out on Damie now.
Tristan: Please do.
Kenneth *to frozen Merdaniel while breaking the ice*: I'm heading back to M-302. You
acting like this concerns me, merman. You just said you're surprised that Mar isn't making your life miserable over Jason's wedding and how much he's changed. And you came out swinging for me wanting to get to know Zuri better? Get it together, my friend.

Back on Sixam-302
Kenneth: I got you Kava bubble tea and sourdough bread. Zuri: Thank you. I, umm, looked at the sim you asked me about. Kenneth: Leanne from M-139? Zuri: Yup. Her snob trait is acting like an insecure-materialistic instead of a secure-art lover. You can work on her reconnecting emotionally with her wife with an expensive experience. Maybe have Maria gift her an at home sauna. Kenneth: That would be a temporary fix, right? Short happy buff from decor and woohoo and then they're back to the tension? What about long term? Zuri: Do you actually need my help? Or are you looking for an excuse to talk to me? Kenneth: I value your opinion and I want to talk to you. 100%. Zuri: You're right. It's temporary. And if Maria keeps being an insecure-goofball, she will keep trying to do what she thinks Leanne wants her to do and then hate Leanne and herself and overdo the hurtful comments and pranks. I would start the divorce but I know you would not like that. Kenneth: Elohim wants marriages to last. Zuri: 100%? *sighs* Then Maria needs to change. She cannot become a secure-goofball with this particular snob. But if she is an insecure-cheerful too then the toxic positivity might help. Kenneth: I call it hope or a forgiving spirit. Zuri: We can disagree on that… why is that bonding agreement so important to you? Just Elohim? You're not set on legacies like the Dreamers. Not obsessed with woohoo like the other merfolk. Kenneth: I'm still an Enamourer, Nebula. Zuri: Yeah, but you're not obsessed with romance either. That's why you're Gor's favourite. Oh! They're back from ballet class.
Kenneth: Motherhood looks good on Oasis. Zuri: Right? She's taking parenting classes and signed up for the PTA and yells out 'I love you' when she drops Deja to school. And she's been glowing green like crazy. It's cute. Kenneth: 100%. And you still think she should get over Jesse? Zuri: Well, she only loves the idea of him, right? Kenneth: Are you sure? Zuri: She doesn't know him. Not like Desiree did. You cannot love a sim that you don't know.
Kenneth: But you cannot know them until you choose to love them... Insecure-goofballs and insecure-cheerfuls, as you call them, tend to say yes to things they do not want and then use mischief or passive aggressiveness to admit that they're upset. 100%. But it takes a while to get to that point. Enough time for a snob to relax and see the value of the simple things in life. Or for a noncommittal to see the difference between being flexible and feeling trapped.
I think a noncommittal that does not feel trapped is probably the most loving sim. They don't care about what looks right to outsiders, they just lock in on what you need to feel as free as you make them feel and they push you in that direction. Sometimes the absence of a fear of failure gets them reclassified as clumsy, right? Or if you're using Enny's insecure/secure classification, you'd see it as a secure-cheerful? Zuri: Secure-cheerful, yeah. Kenneth: Like Oasis? Zuri: Yup. Kenneth: Got it. I'm here to talk when Jesse hurts her feelings and yours. Zuri: I won't be hurt. Kenneth: Good. Well, I'm here whenever you just want to talk. About anything. I might need your help with Maria and Leanne soon. I'll think about what you said about her needing to stay positive. Appreciate the insight!

Head Enamourer Yellow: How did you -? You cannot storm into my home.
Moji: I can go anywhere that was created by a Dreamer and guess what? That's everywhere. And do you know what else I can do? Access CLAIRE's memory bank. Listen to conversations that my husband tries to keep away from me. Be fuhooin' sick and tired of sims like Zena and you who think that messing with my legacy is acceptable. Creation mode, CLAIRE.
CLAIRE: Creation mode activated.
Moji: Yellow, meet the new Yellow. I made her myself. My favourite thing about her? The loyalty trait. She'll need your memories though. Thank you.
And while we're at it, can you just strip her of her essence, please? She can spend some time wandering in this buildmode until I finish the universe for sims like her.
Perfect. Now you can say I'm like Odenna. Enjoy being culled.

Chapter 17.5
Oasis knew that transporting without a portal and the watcher present was rare. She chose to focus on keeping the kids relaxed but her thoughts were racing. "Daddy's doing a magic trick, sweetie!" Oasis said. "Okay, mummy!" Deja replied; a toddler with a magical unicorn is easy to convince. But Kevin examined the sand cowplant because he was convinced that it ate his Uncle Jesse.
On Sixam-302, Watcher Ungoril was appealing the approval of Destiny Garcia's science baby. He summoned Jesse after Victoria's arguments.
Watcher Victoria claimed that on paper there should be no objection to this baby. That Jesse's romance bar with Destiny and his discovered secret was enough to justify a lasting bond. Any disapproval from The Cube or Watcher Ungoril would suggest that her sim's dynasty status is meaningless and that she is being unfairly targeted by Mojisola. Only Jesse could disapprove and why would he be against a product of his love for Destiny?
Jesse was shocked to learn about the baby. But suddenly, Destiny's questions after Jason's wedding and her tears when she left the villa this morning made sense. Watcher Ungoril was prepared to counterargue when he heard Jesse speaking from behind him. "Ungoril, withdraw the appeal."
A disappointed Moji met Jesse at the transporters. "You don't have to accept this, Jesse. We can make it so that Destiny never existed to you."
"No more erasing my memories, Moji. No more trying to relive the past either. No more trying to force... Victoria's right. I brought this on myself."

Chapter 19.2
Candace left Walker a note about her quitting. She only wrote that she had other projects that she needed to work on and Walker did not respond well to being called a 'project.' He had his new watcher take him to Sixam-302 to meet Moji.
Walker: Tell me where she is. I need more than a note.
Moji: Watchers change all the time. You've had how many by now?
Walker: And I came to get you back as well, Moji. Don't forget that. But this time it's different. She's not just a watcher to me. Where is she?
Moji: I can't tell you... Even if you found her, what would you say, Walks? She told you this would not be long term.
Walker: I don't understand why. She was happy. I never asked her for anything.
Moji: That doesn't mean she didn't feel what you felt and know what you needed once you two became connected... That level of emotional connection is not for every sim.
Walker: Then how can I get her without her feeling like that?
Moji: Walker -
Walker: Don't you know I hate this? Depending on her like this? Needing a watcher to sign off on anything in general? Give me a world where I can do all of this myself. I'll thrive. Trust me.
Moji: That's not how it works, Walks.
Walker: Then make it work that way. I don't understand how I lost Acadia. I don't think Acadia even understands why she hates me. But if I'm losing Candace because she feels like she's giving more than she can get -
Moji: She didn't say that.
Walker: She doesn't need to say it. I can take care of her under different circumstances. Or at least get to the point where I'm not a project. How do I get to meta-sim status? What occult can I become?

Candace has started working with Ae Sthetic on streamlining CAS and builds for this era. She felt like Moji had had enough time to differentiate herself from the Dreamers before her time but other priorities kept getting in the way.
Ae was thrilled that Candance was finally ready to give up all her legacies as he wanted to retire from the council and focus on being an architect with Ravi. Although Ravi is a Framer as well, he is focused on the conflict between the different occults and meta-universes and has forgotten the importance of CAS and Buildmode. With Candace on the council and him being second-in-command as an architect, they can work on how the pixels are distributed for CAS and build and cut back on the lifeforce needed in ways that Ravi and Moji do not notice.

Chapter 18.1
Deja stayed in Blanchisseuse with Oasis for a few days while Jesse went to Del Sol Valley to accompany Destiny to her first round of prenatal appointments. While he was there, Destiny asked him to look at a house that she wanted to buy. She forgot to mention that the house belonged to Calvin.

Chapter 19.5
Tristan met Janiyah and Tae Joon. He talked to Janiyah about her dreams and fears and let her know that he will be visiting her from time to time.

Zuri: Are you sure pulling back the curtain is a good idea for her?
Tristan: I don't know for sure if it's the best route but I want her to know she's right about some things. Nai handled Oasis' truth with no issues and she's most worried about the paranoid trait isolating her from her loved ones.
Maybe she'll relax more now. She should be enjoying this time with Tae Joon. They did not celebrate their anniversary or have any fun outside of their ageing-up ceremonies and Jason's wedding.
He can only cover up the boredom moodlets from his dance machine trait for so long.
Zuri: There it is. That Dreamer goal.
Tristan: What?
Zuri: This is not just about Nai as an individual sim. This is about her not causing issues in her bonding agreement.
Tristan: I don't want Tae Joon to cause issues either, Zuri.
Zuri: I know. But why can't it just be about what's good for her? You've literally moved a paranoid sim to a place where
some of the things she's worried about is a reality and you think that will 'make her more fun for her husband?'
Tristan: Is that what I said? Daiz not what ah meant to say.
Zuri: Then what did you mean?
Tristan: She can see that something is wrong. I can't take away her paranoid trait but she does not have to feel crazy. That's it. If her husband benefits, great. No one is trying to make you fun for Kenny or whomever you choose.
Zuri: I was not talking about me.
Tristan: Aight. If you say so. Still trying to make Oasis think she's wrong for trying to own Jesse?
Zuri: Don't be a jerk.
Tristan: I'm not being a jerk. Let the family get back together, Zuri.
Zuri: They are together. They're at her place right now celebrating Jesse's and Oasis' birthdays.
Tristan: You know what I'm talking about. Two houses, two lives? Glad Gor pushed Jesse to start talking but you know Jesse will go whatever speed he thinks Oasis wants.
Zuri: As he should! With all this mess with Destiny.
Tristan: Didn't think you'd call it a mess.
Zuri: It is! We can't just forget that he chose another sim over her. And a -
Kenny: Nebula, you're up here today?
Zuri: Hey, Kenny.
Damie: Oh, she gives hugs, now?
Tristan: Don't start, Damie.
Zuri: How's the new job, Kenny? Too many meetings?
Kenny: 100%.
Damie *mockingly*: OnE HundRed percent.
Damie [to Tristan]: This is ridiculous.
Tristan [to Damie]: You being a jealous idiot? It sure is. Didn't think Zuri could flirt like this. Can Kenny even process it?
