Spring Break Plans

Hello my darlings!

So this week (March 24- April 2) is my spring break! (Yay! No fricken school!) 

BUTTTTT!1!!!1!

I’m going on a vacation with my family to Cancun, Mexico. And although it will be super duper fun, it also means that I may or may not be able to post new content for several reasons:

I may not have internet access (Or my internet sucks/is slow)

I may be super busy and simply won't have time to post anything new

I may not be able to write (because of the lack of time)

You may be thinking, “Oh no! My chapters for Study Buddy!”

Do not fear! I have already wrote a couple of One Shots (if you guys are interested and willing to read them) and a chapter of Study Buddy ahead of time so that they can be up and ready for you guys to read while I am on vacation.

If, for some reason, I am not able to post, then I am so sorry. I will try my best to satisfy you guys in any way I can. (I’ll try to get something out before I go on my trip).

Effort vs effortless friends

I am a social bug~ but I also dislike people and being with some people can cost a lot of energy. I want constant attention and validation and am very happy to just share space with someone and do our own thing and nerd out about whatever individual thing we're doing then going back to quiet shared space. There is no pressure to entertain or talk to eachother but the opportunity is always there and welcomed. Some friends don't cost energy but create energy. I have more friends in my life since moving from home and becoming more independent. I used to want to have all the friends and hang out with them all the time. Now I have got 4 friends who are close to me, two of those friends I could spend days on end with and never feel like I was putting out significant effort. Two of them are just effort. I love them, they're my friends, I like being apart of their lives and them being apart of mine, and I want them to be happy, but I don't want to put in the effort of going out and accommodating our personality differences. Once we go out and get together it's great and I'm glad I saw them. I just went out to lunch with my partner and one friend and now am going to tea with the other. I made sure we hung out with both people on the same day so I can hang out with people who are zero effort for the rest of spring break.
