Spring Hill Duplexes - Two Separate “Connecting” Lots
After some experiments with the LotAdjuster tool to make “connected” houses, I came up with these duplexes, modelled after homes that I have seen throughout areas of Pennsylvania. The houses look nearly identical from the front, but inside they are styled for different types of sims. Read on below to see more details.

The left house is intended for an old or young couple, and comes in around $80,000. It’s furnishings are a little more expensive than its counterpart, and are intended to be warm and cozy. There is a sunroom at the back of the house that I imagine was added sometime after the original build. The bedroom, bathroom, and a little study are upstairs, and an unfinished basement currently serves as a woodworking area but can be finished and turned into living space or additional bedrooms. A small backyard completes the house.
I visualized the right home as more of a “rental” house for 2-3 recently graduated sims who can’t afford to strike it out on their own quite yet. The furnishings are cheaper, more colorful, and more youthful. There are two bedrooms upstairs and they share an off-suite bathroom. Another unfinished basement has some gym equipment and has probably seen a party or two. The backyard includes a small garden.
