4: Have you ever recommended a book that ruined someone else's life? What was it? i honestly don't think so...not intentionally anyway. i actually really rarely directly recommend books to anyone. part of my whole "the book chooses the reader" thing probably. 

5: Which book had the greatest impact on your life? the books that quite literally saved my life: the glass menagerie, maurice, an abundance of katherines, the girl with the dragon tattoo (whole series really), iwtv/qotd/tva, running with scissors, unbearable lightness, and most recently, the goldfinch (which is probably why i'm still so preoccupied with it)

6: Which author would you be thrilled to go out for coffee with? donna tartt honestly just because i am desperately trying to figure out what the inside of her head is like

7: What questions would you ask your favorite author given the chance? i don't have one favorite author but in general i always want to know: what made you sit down and write that first time, what was the worst thing that ever happened to you/worst time of your life, which books saved you and made you feel like you could breathe again

12: Have you pretended to like someone? of course i pretended to like a lot of people when i was at school since i despised 99% of them, but like romantically? when i was like 12 i fabricated a crush on a guy in our grade because all the other girls had one and were always talking about these guys and i didn't know what else to do because i thought that the other girls were "normal" and i wasn't.

40: Will you sing today? i've actually been singing all morning because i have a song stuck in my head

1: What did you do in 2014 that you’d never done before?got a job, actively attempted honesty

15: What did you get really, really, really excited about?being done with school and therefore never having to go back to my college again, finally finding a copy of crush, discovering that - in a shocking turn of events - i don't hate said job, series three came out in 2014 technically so that of course, books in general tbh but that's a constant state

33: What political issue stirred you the most?ferguson probably, and all related things that followed. i was worked up into such a huge rage for days and days it was exhausting. still is honestly.
