Hey guys. How's it going? My first week of work after the holidays is finally over. And what a hard one it was, coming back to work from the holidays is always tough 😄 So it's time to treat ourselves and enjoy the weekend 😉. I have here the 15yo Springbank and the Open Master from Montecristo 👌🏻 Very good stuff 😉. . Here is my review of the Springbank: Nose: Fruity and rich, with notes of mango, peach and nectarine, but also caramel and toffee. . Palate: Again very rich, with exotic fruit, leather marzipan and toffee and vanilla at the end and a hint of dirty smoke. . Finish: Long, warm and dry with sweet notes of vanilla, cocoa and hazelnuts. .
