I've had to stop reading this about 60% of the way through so I can't vouch for the whole thing, but from what I've read so far, it seems like an amazing resource for survivors of narcissistic abuse. It speaks directly to the reader, posing hypothetical abusive scenarios one may have been victim to. This makes it really triggering for us, but we're finding it to be deeply applicable and healing as well.
