I've had to stop reading this about 60% of the way through so I can't vouch for the whole thing, but from what I've read so far, it seems like an amazing resource for survivors of narcissistic abuse. It speaks directly to the reader, posing hypothetical abusive scenarios one may have been victim to. This makes it really triggering for us, but we're finding it to be deeply applicable and healing as well.

I like that the emphasis here is focusing on the more important aspects of powerful characters, such as their humanity and what makes them average and giving them lives outside of the canon characters. If you stripped away the “special” stuff about your characters, who would they be?
