In case you thought #coachlife was easy. We are out there working in all sorts of weather. Tonight was a cold rainy evening, basically my kryptonite weather, and it rained harder and got windier as the night went on. By the time I left my hands were turning a lovely shade of blue. Day 1 of spring track

Completely exhausted, took disgusting selfies but I’m feeling really good. I feel like all those bad things that I’ve done for several months just wiped out in one go. Can’t wait to see how fit and happy this season is gonna make me.
