ok 'japery' makes me think of mr pages trying to tell a pun but nobody realizes that it's actually telling a pun, because it's not a pun that makes any sense unless you are fluent in Words Mr Pages Just Made Up and its comedic genius goes unappreciated

As someone who also often says puns that only really made sense in my head and are received, at best, with blank expressions and silence, I can relate to its plight.

please tell me what happens when the whole overwatch gang plays Mario Kart. like, does anyone end up dead because they threw one red shell too many

* d.va actually is not in the lead, and she HATES this. for one thing she plays too aggressive and then gets blue shelled, every goddamn time, and she is screaming, and she may be about to break a controller

* genji is usually the one shelling d.va. he is a master of the art. he only loses under one specific circumstance

* the one specific circumstance is if losing somehow benefits trolling hanzo, who is middling-good at best, way too intense, and who genji has been fucking with in mario kart for basically their entire lives. hanzo is considering testing out what happens if you kill your brother twice

* 76 has no idea what is happening or what anything is and keeps driving off the map

* it turns out that two things can make lucio angry: systematic corporate oppression, and mario kart. he is going through the stages of grief as he loses, and settles for a while on pleading (’aw, please please please, come on come on, you can do this come on...’)

* junkrat only plays to hit everyone else with bombs

* roadhog only plays to collide with everyone else and facilitate junkrat hitting everyone with bombs

* zenyatta is having so much fun! it is so nice, to see everyone getting along. truly, this is an excellent way to make friends and form bonds, he thinks, happily tootling along in last place while hanzo reaches over to strangle genji
