Dish of the day - Sticky Pudding covered with toasted coconut. 😍 I’m a big fan of sticky pudding so I had to make it my way. This dessert is super easy to make & absolutely delicious ❤️. #stickypudding #dessert #sprinklewithlove #chandigarhfoodies #cookingtime #cooking #indianfoodiesquad #selftaughtcook #selftaught #foodiesofinstagram #foodie #instafoodie #GreedyGlutton #indianfoodiesquad #foodlove #foodielife #foodiesofinstagram #loveforfood #dakaar #spices #hezzahezfood #cookingtime #loveforcooking😍 #loveforspices #dakaaar #chandigarhfoodie #coconut #chocolatesauce (at Chandigarh, India)
Ingredients 1 sponge cake (cut into rectangular pieces) Grated coconut (toasted) - you can substitute this with finely chopped dry fruits or just simple powdered sugar ❤️ For chocolate sauce: 60ml hot water 225gms icing sugar 100gms cocoa powder 1 tbsp butter Recipe:- 1. In a pan, boil water. 2. In a bowl, sieve icing sugar followed by cocoa powder. 3. Add heated water in the bowl & mix it gently starting from the middle in circular motion (make sure you add water 1 spoon at a time to make sure it doesn't turn into runny liquid) 4. Add butter & mix well. 5. Dip your sponge cake cuts in chocolate sauce. Coat them from all sides. Now cover them with toasted coconut & serve 😊❤️
Dark Chocolate Kheer Vs. Traditional Almond Kheer!!! Which one would you choose??? 😍😍😍 #sprinklewithlove #kheer #chocolatekheer #darkchocolate #chandigarhfoodies #cookingtime #cooking #indianfoodiesquad #selftaughtcook #selftaught #foodiesofinstagram #instagramfood (at Chandigarh, India)
Dark Chocolate Kheer (Rice Pudding) 😈 My favourite thing about this recipe is that I can serve it cold during summer & hot during winter ❤️ So give this recipe a try & don't forget to Sprinkle with Love 😊❤️ Ingredients:- 100 gms dark chocolate Half cup Rice 1 tin Condensed Milk (milkmaid tin) 1 litre milk Pinch of salt Almonds (thinly chopped in long slices) Recipe:- 1) Wash Rice & keep aside in water for 30 mins. 2) In a pressure cooker, boil milk. Add rice, close the lid & give it 2 whistles.(I'm using 5 litre pressure Cooker here) 3) Take off the lid & add condensed milk. Keep the heat at medium here. Now let it cook till it thickens up to your like. Add a pinch of salt. Try not to stir it too much because that will break our Rice. Just enough so it does not stick to the bottom. 4) Now add dark Chocolate & let it melt. Again keep the stirring to minimum. Holding back is the key here otherwise broken rice will start leaving more starch & we don't want that 😋 5) Garnish with almonds & serve ❤️
