Since this whole au is kinda like a infection (But it's more poison that changes you), would there be characters who are immune?

No one is immune (except, of course, those incapable of eating like robots, or Glooms in disguise)!!!

However, a few Sprunkis managed to completely avoid being exposed to the poison (Wenda and Gray), while some others are at least resistant to it.

Sky and Brud both manage to last the entire incident without succumbing fully, Sky because of their youth and Brud because of the severe injury.

Tunner lasted longer than most due to having strong will/keeping a cool head, and OWAKCX (not shown) didn't get exposed to the poison at all until fairly late into Horror Mode.
