A legal challenge against letting women take abortion pills at home in Scotland is thrown out.
A victory for common sense over utter bigotry and stupidity.
Rare, these days, but it does give me hope that we are not - in fact - turning in to America.
"Counsellor", yeah right. No woman who walks into an "abortion clinic" feels ambivalent or under pressure by the time they leave. Clinics which provide abortions employ real counsellors who talk with the woman to help her make the best decision for her. "Pavement counsellors" are employed by companies such as SPUC to pressure women into bringing a child into this world, often when they are woefully unprepared to do so. A woman doesn't decide to have an abortion lightly. They don't need a bunch of people shouting at them.

With a strong team of 14 young people from all across the UK, we split into 2 teams each day and traveled to 2 towns and cities.
