Danny Brown: Retro Edition
Day 144: With the number of shows I go to I see a lot of local acts open before the main artist hits the stage. Chin Injeti is in one of those local groups (The Lifetimes) who constantly put on an amazing show. He has also won numerous awards for his work, the guy is extremely gifted musically. So when I saw him standing in the crowd in Squamish last year I think I caught him a bit off guard when I asked for his portrait, but he was more then willing to let me grab a quick snap after I explained a bit about who I was shooting for.
Day 135: I know ‘The Roots’ get their props, but for a group that has consistently put out quality music for twenty plus years it feels like they deserve a little more accolades then they receive.
this video makes me so happy. also 0:45 - what a spin!
Draaaake! 😍
anyone wanna go to squamish music fest with me?..
sorry i havent been active in a long time :\ i went to squamish fest on sunday and ended up deleting my tumblr app to make space for more videos ;; Anyway Arctic Monkeys were awesome^^ besides them not being interactive with the crowd which actually made me sort of upset? im also sorta sad they didnt play mardy bum, dangerous animals, or the hellcat sprangled shalalala but they covered most of the others i wanted to hear. I guess i should mention i also seen eminem which was cool in its own way though i never really listen to rap at all. Anyway enough rambling, ill post pictures later probably?
