#ShapeYourPerspective Day 11: Square Split . Splits are not my thing....yet . My tight hips and hamstrings don’t allow me to get into a split yet but it is improving every day. I do not push myself or force my body to do something I know it is not capable of yet. . I work on loosening my hamstrings every day and one of my favorite, yet intense feeling, stretches is half splits, which is where I started before sliding forward to my version of a square hip split.
