If you can lift heavy weights, go ahead. It doesn’t matter if you’re an ego lifter, as long as you can manage to carry what you say you can and will.

90% Lower body day FAIL
I was supposed to do 90% today for 5 sets of 2. That was going to be 340 lbs. I had a complete and utter brain meltdown under 325. I couldn’t get my set up. So we backed down to 305 for my first set, then 315, then 325 for 2 sets and ended on 335. If the goal was to feel the weight, not crumple and maybe get my brain around it, then I did pretty okay. If the goal was to squat perfectly then I failed. It is only week 4 of a 16 week cycle so I guess I am not that bummed.
Then I deadlifted sets of 2 reps with 275, 295, 305, 315 and 325. The 325 was slow and grindy but they did go up. Tonight I will do some swings with the KB’s and call it a day.

Note to self.
Just hit heavy squat day should be hitting 300-308 for 3 but I only was able to get 270 for 3s. I'm gonna chalk this up to not getting enough of a warm up today and just being lethargic after getting off work I was sitting way to long. So note to self less video games unless you can move more. Sucks to set out to achieve a weight and not even get close. Oh well did some form work though and it went allot better.
failing a squat and bringing shame to my family
