Despite all those self-doubt feelings, I decided to go outside of my comfort zone and show up to join a gym. 1st hour in & it was already so much fun! Now I love going to the gym and it feels like a second home to me. 💪 #SelfDoubt is that monster in our heads that is not actually scary in real life.
