Zombie Fit Geek's Squat Challenge Day 4 (2/17)
Squat and forward kick
Do a basic squat, come up, forward kick with your right leg. Go back down for a squat, come up, left forward kick. That’s one rep.
Do 40 reps
Kick it up a notch add a jump kick.
Basic squat, come up, right forward kick. Down for basic squat, come up, left forward kick. Down for basic squat, come up, jump kick. That’s one rep.
Do 40 reps
You could do both of them if you like.

55 ✓ Dores musculares não tenho, só os joelhos continuam a estalar. Não sei o que fazer. É incomodativo. 😣

50 agachamentos ✓ Até se fizeram bem. 💪 Mas estes joelhos...ui! Tanta ferrugem que estalavam a cada agachamento. Que venha o segundo dia. 😊

Just did 80 squats. I don't know how I'm supposed to do over 200 by the end of the month because I'm dying right now. But I want a booty so I'm not giving up on his challenge!
