Upper body and Lower body training split . . Progressing with time is very important to get better at training. There are both complex and simple ways to do it and get maximum possible benefits from the changes you make. Last week we discussed the full body training split and a sample routine at different experience levels but to be frank doing same exercises every day can really be boring after a while. Right? So that’s when you can shuffle things a little and start focusing on upper and lower body parts on different days of the week. The upper and lower body split allows you to balance out the frequency between upper body muscles and lower body muscles. This training split also has an advantage of training muscles at a high volume as compared to full body training routines by giving you a chance to focus more on each body part. I would strongly suggest such a training split to a female client as females have a tendency to recover at a faster rate and can easily perform this split throughout the week. This type of split also helps female to focus more on the lower body part which is the most problematic area by increasing the frequency of lower body during the week. This type of split easily allows you to add a cardio routine also followed by upper and lower body days which is good for more caloric expenditure.
